Their work may be good, but their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Due to their dishonesty and lack of responding. Six months ago I took a car in for some work they said they could do with no problem. There were only 2 people in front of me. They decided to keep putting people before me because they were making more money? Sometimes customer appreciation means more than a quick 3 hour job. The decent thing to do would have been to let me know they did not want to do it. They just kept telling me month after month they would fit me in, but they never did. Not even a phone call to let me know. If you want decency and honesty along with good work, you should seek another shop. Signed -Frustrated & disappointed - Hunter Heckman

I took a fiberglass Jeep top I had bought for a old CJ5 I owned at the time into this body shop to be restored. After explaining what I wanted done they said they would give me a call in a couple of weeks. After about 6 or 8 weeks I stopped in to inquire about how it was coming. The top (which i could see sitting outside around back of the barn) had not been touched. They gave me the explanation that they had some major jobs to finish and would prioritize my top as soon as they could. It would be almost another 8 weeks (close to four or five months total) when they called and said I could pick it up. What I received amazed me. No restoration business should ever have let something like that leave their shop. All three windows had large amounts of overspray on them, the back window was so bad that even after scraping it with a razor I never could see clearly out of it. The hinges and screws of the rear window which were badly rusted and supposed to have been replaced were just painted over. They handed me the struts they had removed "advising" me they needed replaced, which they also were supposed to do. The actual paint job itself just seemed rushed. Kind of a shame, the business was in a great location and looked clean. The people were friendly enough (I guess they always are when they want to take your money). UPDATE 25 JUN 2013 I was contacted by the owner of RnR who said he was dissatisfied with this review and wondered if I would take it down. I informed him that the review was accurate and if he was sincere in fixing his reputation then he should have those customers who did like his service post more positive reviews. He then tried to tell me it was somehow my fault that they failed to deliver as promised and that I should feel lucky they even did the work at all. When I explained to him I thought this tactic was rude and unprofessional he said to "come on down" to his shop so we could "fight" about it. At this point I was mostly at a loss for words, so while I encouraged caution in my former review I now urge that you avoid this place. Al's Body shop in Falling Waters is much more reputable and they did a FANTASTIC job restoring my Mustang.

In may of this year 2013 My 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer was rear ended and needed a whole new rear end trunk and all they did an AMAZING job color match is perfect work done PERFECT they are really nice friendly and treat you like your the #1 priority on there list if you need a update on your vehicle just call they will let you know what they have done what they are waiting on and still have to do it was such an amazing experience I hope I dont have another accident but if I do they will be my auto body shop for life now
