My girlfriend and I took two vehicles there in the last week, one for some major repairs and one for regular service. Both experiences were great. All of the staff we talked to either on the phone or in person were very friendly. The quotes for the repair work were very fair, and no one was pushy about recommending more work. The mechanics performed the service/repair work very quickly and left both of our cars very clean on the inside and out. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to LaScuola in the future, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs vehicle service or repair.

As ever, the service and prices were excellent and with Lonnie's help my 2000 Subaru Legacy will roll at least another 138,000 miles. The comfy chairs and cookies are also much appreciated!

Lonnie and the La Scoula crew are great at keeping my family's cars maintained and running well. They are trustworthy, run their business professionally, and take their customers concerns seriously. We take all of our cars there and are happy to have a place we can count on.

The bottom line is LaScoula Motorworks gave an upfront assessment of my vehicle and a reasonable rate to maintain/fix it. Beyond that, the owner and employees were genuine and friendly. It's a comfortable environment with Keurig coffee! I'm so glad I stopped by. The owner made sure I was clear on everything and gave me options where it was pertinent (relevant). Where I seemed not too sure, the owner brought me to the back to let me see what he and the other mechanic were talking about. (In 2016? Who does that?) Not only do I recommend them, I'm going to a neighbor later today that I know with an aging vehicle to tell them to look no further than LaScoula. The vehicle we serviced was a 2003 Honda Pilot LX. I am a satisfied customer.

Damien

HONEST MECHANICS!! My husband & I have been going here for years and won't go anywhere else. This is a family owned and operated business with reasonable prices and excellent mechanics. They explain everything thoroughly and take time to answer any questions.
They always distinguish what repairs are necessary for safety vs. which repairs are just manufacturer recommended or for "smoothness/ quietness of ride" issues. They try to find me price options on remanufactured or used parts when appropriate. All repairs have held up except once when a part went bad within a couple of months, but the part was still under warranty and Lascuola took care of getting that replacement part free for me. Website has coupons that are typically honored even after an expiration date. They specialize in Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Subaru. A fun little customer service thing is that they leave homemade chocolate chip cookies in your car after every service.

I have been a patron of Lascuola Motorworks for years. They are a great family run operation and take the time to explain test results for our vehicles and what are the most important items to attend to. Free WiFi and Lazy boy recliners are ready for you in the waiting room and fresh cookies are on your mirror when you leave (always a great breakfast item after I stop in for an oil change in the morning).

I would and do recommend Lascuola Motorworks without reservation. Lonnie is extremely thorough in his diagnostics, and unbelievable in his ability to fix complicated problems without charging an arm and leg. I trust Lonnie/Lascuola Motorworks with all of my vehicle's, foreign and domestic, and just so everyone understands my appreciation of his shop, I've been in the automotive business for over 30 years.

I have been bringing my cars here for 4 years - and now my children bring their cars too. Lonnie is thorough and honest. I trust his opinions and everything he does. Plus he stands by his work. Lonnie always fixes the immediate concern and then looks ahead to suggest upcoming items that need to be considered for the future. The waiting area is comfortable, with coffee pods and free WiFi - 2 big overstuffed chairs make the wait comfortable. I just bring my laptop and hang out while waiting. It's never very long anyway. Lonnie calls a few days after the repair to make sure everything is fine. Who does that, these days? Once I'm ready to be on my way, I notice that they have a little baggie of home made chocolate chip cookies hanging from my mirror. Who does that? I drive from Columbia to bring my car here and feel it's worth the drive. Debi V.
