I have been taking my vehicles to Bakers for years. Never had a bad expewrience. Now my kids are taking their vehicles to them. Bakers always talks to us about what needs to be done and available options. I totally trust them with all of my vehicle repairs.

Bakers is awesome. They are the most honest repair shop I have ever dealt with. I have been there twice and both times they could of charged me more money and didn't in fact the first time instead of charging me they informed me that my issue was covered by a recall. They are very customer oriented, fast, and honest. I will be using Bakers for all my future repairs.

STAY AWAY AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY FAKE REVIEWS!! If I could give 0 Stars I would.. So I took my 2002 Town & Country in to have an oil pump changed, because this shop is closest to my house and I did not want to take it to my regular guys down at interstate. I talked to the owner about the van and he asked me if it had a knock and I replied yes because it's not getting any oil.. And he turns to me and says, IF IT'S KNOCKING, YOU NEED A NEW ENGINE!! HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT OR LISTEN TO IT! I replied I don't need a new engine, it's JUST not getting any oil, I NEED AN OIL PUMP! I ask for the owners number, he said he's been the owner for 45 years! Tells me go someplace else there gonna tell you the same thing.
I told him to come out side and let me show him the sound. He said, drive it up to my front door so I can hear it..THIS JERK OFF WOULDN'T EVEN COME OUT SIDE TO SEE IT!! At this point my fiance was getting pissed at this guy so we left.
Today, a buddy of mine dropped the oil pan, changed the oil pump, and the van is like new again running great!!
THIS ASS HOLE, TRIED TO GET ME FOR A NEW ENGINE, WHEN ALL I NEEDED WAS AN OIL PUMP!!!!!

Seriously, you know how when you move to a new area, you wish you knew "the" automotive place to go to? this is it. We have been taking our cars there for the past 6 years after moving here from Ann Arbor (after a family member recommended the place). Always treated fairly, quickly and their rates are VERY good. I'm always impressed on how they want to be very honest and tell you if you can do a cheaper option. They actually FIX things instead of REPLACING things. Of course they replace things as well, but these guys are great mechanics. I think they are a Christian family, and it shines through and through in their business practices. Even if it means driving farther, you will reap the benefits of their prices!

We were new in town and needed car repair. I of course checked Yelp, and low and behold, there was one review for them. I liked what I read and dropped our car off. The "Fabulous Baker Boys" are fantastic. We have now had our cars there three different times. Pleased beyond belief each and every time. Thankful for the honest, Christian business practices Mr. Baker upholds. There aren't many shops like this around. They take their time, and make sure the work they are doing is in your best interest. They have a 6 month, 6000 mile guarantee on their work. Need a shop to call your own? Call Baker's.
