SAVE YOURSELF A HASSLE AND AVOID!!
I brought them a 2011 black Toyota Tundra with some door damage well over a year ago. Being that the estimate was over $3,200, I asked them if they could fix a couple of rock chips/ minor dents. It is a black truck, so everything is easily seen.
I went to pick up the truck a month later, and the one of the two doors had a HUGE noticeable crease in it. I HAVE NO CLUE how this was overlooked, it was absolutely terrible. The other door had paint dripping near the handle.
The owner, who is named Carl, agreed that it needed to be fixed, yet offered no apology.
So, I go to pick it up several weeks later. Now the dents are a bit better, but the paint they applied had SO much orange peel, it looked like a 6 year old got a hold of a paint gun and went to town on a vehicle.
They were frustrated with me, and the owner agreed it should be fixed, yet threw in the comment "This is why I didn't want to take a black truck."
THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT IT???
I CANNOT believe the level of unprofessionalism from these guys.
So, I brought it in multiple more times, fought with Carl and his employees, and finally accepted the fact that this shop took my money, robbed countless hours of my time for pickup/dropoffs, and all I have to show for it is a "band-aided" truck.
The last time I picked it up (the time I accepted it) there was even primer overspray on parts of the truck that weren't painted. Had to polish them out.
DON'T GO HERE!!!!
