I hated the work they did. They were supposed to paint 4 tire wheels with the rim edge the body color. They only painted the rim edge and not the entire wheel and there was a lot of trash in the paint. Then they left the bare (sandblasted) rims out in the rain. They then wanted another $200 to do the job right. I won't be visiting them again.

Excellent quality and good follow up

I got my trunk and the bumper fixed. The quality is excellent that it still looks perfect almost 3 years out. The quality of work and the dependability is unbeatable

Great customer service. I went by to get an estimate for some work I wanted to get done on my car. As soon as I stepped out I was greeted and taken care of. They were prompt and very courteous. If you are looking to get some body/paint work done this place should definitely be on your list. When I am ready to take the next step, I will be visiting them again!

I dropped off four sandblasted wheels for painting. I asked for four stock steel wheels to be painted black with the rim edge painted the body color. What I got for my $200 was bare sandblasted wheels with only the rim edge painted. I explained what I wanted done again and was told I had to come back on Monday. On Monday I came back and found my bare rims still sitting out front of the shop where they left them on Saturday in the pouring rain. They could have been stolen. At minimum they should have protected the bare metal from the rain. The owner?manager?painter? then explained it would be another $200 to paint the wheels. I declined their offer to rip me off for another $200 and was clearly unsatisfied. Part of the problem is a language barrier. They're Asian and it was difficult to determine if he understood what I was trying to get done. I thought he understood me well as I speak pretty good English. Painting stock steel wheels for a 1961 Buick is not rocket science but they botched the job terribly and then wanted more money to do the job right. How hard is it to prime and paint wheels and paint the edge the body color? I would not go back there and don't recommend them. I took my rims to another place to get them powder coated and painted (more $$ hopefully well spent).

The quality of the work on my car was fantastic. They picked up my car, repaired it faster than I anticipated, and delivered it back to my house. The delivery was free of charge. The repair was affordable, the quality was very high, and the service was great.

Excellent service, at a great price. I had 2 things fixed on my RAV4, a dent on the hood, and front door. Another body shop wanted $550 just for the hood. Glen Burnie Autobody fixed both problems for $700. Maint matches up great. I couldn't be happier.

Do not go here. They are one of the shadiest shop around Glen Bernie.. And they also do terrible job on your car. I took my car there because of suspension and front end damage. I had a rental for a month and I was expecting my car to be done in two weeks. It was just to replace my struts and front engine frame. However the car wasn't even done for a month and a half. WTF.. Thank god I had another vehicle to use.
Anyways they told me it took that long because the *parts* did not come on time. It didn't make any sense so I called the dealer and asked them when did GB autobody placed an order and they told me about a week ago.. With that information I talked to a young guy who was a *helper* and he actually told me the Boss was trying to save the parts and and tried to re use it without me knowing. WTF tried to re use a damaged suspension and act like its fixed?
When I picked up the car I also they didn't put engine cover so it was dragging every where. I took the car right back asked them to fix it. As soon as I drove off I noticed my car was making weird noises and took the car right back to the shop to have them check why is it making weird noises. They told me they are too *busy* to take a look and please come back next week. WTF ???? But I tried to be nice so I said OK I'll be back next week.
A week later I showed up to get my car fixed. The boss said they are still busy so please come back in few months. I was like WTF?!?!?! I already paid in full $6000 and they didn't even fix my car right. I stood there and asked them why not now? They kept saying their schedule is backed up. I was so pissed off and just left to check the car on my own. I found out all my engine mount and transmission mount were broken. Please avoid this piece of a shit body shop.
I also noticed they use cheap paint like OMNI products and their paint job sucks balls and my paint is already chipping from them.
Avoid!!! This shop!!!

I took my car in to get painted because the paint had bubbles in spots. They said they could fix the bubbles and repaint the car for $3000 and it would take 2-3 weeks. I left the car with them for over a month and when I got it back none of my lights were plugged in, my grill was falling out, you can see through the paint where they sanded, my seat had a hole in it, my side mirrors were backwards and the paint looks terrible. The paint started to peel and bubble after 4 days and is bubbling still. You can see runs and pops all over the car and chips that weren't there before. THE CAR LOOKS WORSE THAN WHEN I TOOK IT IN. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AND WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED. They gave me $1000 back but I still paid $2000 which was $2000 too much. I could have gotten better from macco for $400.
