My dad's been going to Brittain's for years, and now that I'm back in the area, I'm back with Brittain, too. Didn't fully appreciate how terrific he is until I was overcharged for various repairs while living in California. I trust Brittain implicitly, and can't imagine seeing anyone else. In addition to being a terrific mechanic, he's a terrific punster and concert pianist. Interesting guy.
