I had my bumper painted 6 months ago, first they told me 250.00 then they called me and told me it would be 500.00. Which I was ok with. I wanted it fixed right. Now I have paint coming off the bumper. I go back because they have a lifetime warranty. Some guy tells me that I must live on a dirt road and that I must follow dump trucks all the time. I even brought it to another place for a 2nd opinion they said they saw orange peel and that it was never clear coated. I plan on spreading the word to not do business here.

If you are in need of a collision center to fix up you vehicle and you want the best work at the best price then look no further than here. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to friends and family alike. They are very professional in everything they do and explain everything up front so there are no surprises. After one year of my repairs I am getting ready to trade in my car and was removing some after market parts. Side markers to be exact, I found that one of the clips was broken off and double sided tape applied to the marker. I guess I should have stripped down my car each and every time Paintworx gave me back my car. My car went back three times for incomplete repairs and mismatched paint. Then, after the last battle where things got heated, I find that emblems weren't removed and there are clear coat bubbles/ blotches and all my chrome emblems are scratched to shit. I was quiet after all this time but after finding a small plastic clip broken off my $400 marker lights it all comes back. Never again!!

I needed to have my alloy wheels refinished. The guys at Paintworx were all over it. The wheels look amazing. I also asked them to paint some interior dash pieces that needed TLC. I had previously asked a different shop to do it and that flat out refused. Paintworx not only hit the painting out of the park, they took the initiative to get a second interior panel painted so they would dash and console would match. The quality of the workmanship and the level of customer service were outstanding. No drama, no surprises. Everything was as I expected and right on time. As it should be. Thanks to Kory, Jeremy, Dave and the entire staff.

A deer took my right side mirror off, as well as impacted the right side of the car. While the damage was substantial, there is much more to elaborate on. First off, this was my first accident and every time i spoke to my insurance company they would deceivingly make me think that the entire process would be super simple and quick. While this was obviously not the case, they would ask me question after question asking me do i want this and that at least 15 times to the point where i couldnt even take it anymore. Paintworx took care of the entire process, while i did not have to worry about a thing. This was exceptionally relieving. The day i dropped my car off, i wish i had known that it was going to take 1.5 weeks for the insurance company to issue a check for the repairs - meaning, i wish that i knew that i would be paying for 10 days of a rental car when my vehicle was sitting in their parking lot not having anything done to it. When the job was complete, they did in fact fix everything. They even found some spots on the car that may or may not have been involved in the deer collision, but they fixed it anyway. But upon pickup, one of my power window switches was completely broken. Neither myself or Paintworx can prove that it was broken or working after the collision, nor before i dropped it off. But regardless, i was given my car back with a broken part that they quickly replaced 1.5 weeks later. The only thing i am rather unsatisfied with, is that the "new" mirror's outside skin has very noticeable dents in them. Almost as if it was the original mirror skin. I dont know what that is all about, but im left with a dented mirror. Over a month later i hardly want to keep going back and forth because i keep finding new things. All in all, repair job was sufficient, and the staff is more than cooperative if you have any concerns. Definitely recommended repair location.

Orange Home Depot Cart got introduced to my white driver side door. Took it to Paintworx for a job well done. The paint job was well blended and the car look as if nothing happened to it. Oh yea the price to fix was definitely cheaper than the competitors.
