This is the most honest and reliable auto shop that I have ever been to. I have only been here three times, but Sidney and the whole team feel like family. My bill today was $100 less than I planned on based on the original estimate weeks ago and they even gave me a discount for my FB review. They finished exactly on time and every thing is perfect. I asked what I needed next and they said nothing for 10,000 more miles. If I could only use one word to review Heaven Sent it would be HONEST.

My wife and I have lived in the middle Tennessee area for over a decade. And we've always had issues finding a car mechanic we can trust. So when a friend recommended Heaven Sent Automotive to us a couple of years ago, it was like a breath of fresh air. Jody and his entire team are incredible. They are honest and trustworthy in an industry that historically has gotten a bad reputation. And the work they do is every bit as good (if not better) than the dealer....and at a fraction of the cost! Because of their expertise and knowledge, my wife's 1999 Honda Civic is running perfectly to this day. And this week, when I started having brake issues on my Nissan Sentra, I took it in right away, where they examined it within 30 minutes and personally walked me through the needed repairs and costs so that I'd know what to expect. So, needless to say we are big fans of all the folks at Heaven Sent Automotive. They do excellent work, and are just all around great people. I'd highly recommend them.

Mid TN people, this is where you want to go for oil changes and repairs. $29 (including tax) for an oil change. Very nice people as well. Very honest. Best prices I could find for new tires as well.

Jody Downe, Sydney and the staff do such a great job of pricing, servicing and caring for our vehicles and our family's safety!! They are really affordable, consultative and kind. They inspect your vehicle and give you a schedule of work to be done over the next year at a price that is budget friendly and extremely fair. No pressure to do it all at one time! What a blessing to work with someone who believes in doing it the right way! I would highly recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a local partner to care for their family vehicles!!
