Disappointed So Far

***UPDATE BELOW***I spent all I had and was assured my transmission was fixed. Well after returning twice in less than 3 weeks after the initial service my car had to be towed home because the transmission went out. I will be contacting them as soon as they open on Monday because they sold me a bad transmission. If they get it right I'll gladly update with a new review but til then all I can say is I'm not happy and I don't have the time or money to waste on a issue like this. They were recommended to me and I trusted the owner Sean when he said he would do right by me. So far not so good. Monday will be my 2nd time having to get my vehicle towed there cause of transmission leakage and slipping. ***UPDATED REVIEW*** Well after returning my van after I kept having leakage and slipping, Sean made sure they found out what was wrong with the transmission and found out that the transmission wasn't bad after all it was leaking from somewhere else. Albeit was very frustrating and inconvenient Sean did do his best to find out what was going on. He actually brought me back to my car personally. Bottom line the customer service was good and the price was reasonable for a replacement transmission. And I would consider using them possibly in the future.

I want to leave a very heart f...

I want to leave a very heart felt review of shawn and his guys at absolute. being a single mother i have had my share of being taken advantage of by people making repairs on my vehicle. recently when i had major problems with my truck i began to ask around who was the best and trust worthy and everyone said the same. always shawn at absolute. he has gone above and beyond what i ever expected and will never go anywhere else. best prices and truly honest. dont waste your time going elsewhere. go see shawn.

Was having some trany issues with my G6 and of course with the way they're built, you can't check fluid on your own. There's guys got me in right away, diaged my issue of a leaky seal, gave me an estimate that wasn't ridiculous. I appreciate the honesty and respect and fairness of this shop. I will be coming back for all my work...Even a simple oil change. I'll trust Absolute Auto to do it!

A few weeks ago my Chevy Avalanche transmission went out completely. I did research and identified this business as a good one and contacted the owner. He was very knowledgeable with my particular model, which was good news for me. Long story short: This shop did a great job rebuilding the transmission, was done when they said they would be and the original cost quote was very reasonable and remained the same when I picked up my truck. After two weeks and one thousand miles everything is fine, no leaks, no issues. This shop also provides good warranty support. I would recommend this shop to others, as there are so many unreliable shops in the area. I will certainly update this review if anything changes my mind about this shop, but I do not expect that to happen.

This shop is a hidden gem in Clarksville. I had a major mechanical issue with my truck, and took it to two other shops before landing here. Both of the other shops were rude, overcharged, and couldn't identify the actual problem. Absolute found the problem immediately, fixed it at a reasonable price, and even fixed another small issue without charging me for any additional work. The mechanic who performed the work came out and spoke to me when I picked up the vehicle, and the overall experience was one of the best I've had at an automotive repair shop. Highly recommended.

We lucked on to Absolute Auto over 10 years ago when one of our teens blew out the engine on our van. Sean has never let us down and has always done excellent work at a fair price. I have absolute trust in him when it comes to my cars. The van is still running at 200k+ miles. It is nice not to have to second guess your mechanic.
