Absolutely the best! Totally saved our trip from Louisiana to Ohio; we blew a spark plug and coil, and it was Saturday... this was the only shop we could find that was open, but I'm really glad this was the one. We only lost a few hours, and by all right should have lost two days, and the work was fantastic. It's been almost two years, and no issues!
Also, the charges were COMPLETELY reasonable. I totally expected to pay over $200, but barely paid over $100 for parts and labor.
It's so hard to find a good, honest, reasonable mechanic. We have since moved to Memphis, and will likely make the trip to Family Auto for any needed repairs. Perhaps this time we will make an appointment!
