These are not honest mechanics. They charge a flat rate and will charge you for work that they don't do! I was charged a total of $585.54 for rear brakes, a rotor, and a caliper to be replaced. $255.00 of that total was for labor. I spoke with Willie Frix about this labor charge. He told me this book they refer to estimated this job to take 3 hours. Again, my car was fixed within 2 hours. I brought this to Willie's attention, that this was not honest, and he charged me for an hour of work that he didn't do, then, Willie hung up in my face! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BRAINERD AUTOMOTIVE!
