I got my car serviced there and when I picked up my car up the windshield was cracked. When I asked what are they going to do about that and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So if you expect your care to be safe in there care its not and they dont have insurance that cover your damaged property. I had to file a suit to get my money back. I rate them 1 out of 5 all around.

On our way to Charlotte, NC, my tire pressure gauge in my car started acting up so I stopped in to have it checked out. Thankfully there was nothing wrong. These guys got us in right away, gave my kids a pizza to eat, and didn't charge me for checking it out. So thankful for small town businesses and great customer service!!

If you are looking for a place that you can trust to do right by you, this is it!! I trust their opinions, their skill, and their dedication to their job. These guys have went above and beyond. No matter what i call and ask for help with, they get right on it. They have never hesitated to correct anything that may have been overlooked (cause I promise you as many places I've been before, it happens at all shops and no one has ever been so gracious to get me back in and take care of the problem like they have.) They strive to make sure that what they do is done right. Rare to find.

Just visited the garage for the first time yesterday. Absolutely great service. Had a broken tail light replaced and they gave my vehicle a once-over in anticipation of an upcoming out-of-state trip. I watched Jeremiah do the work, and I've gotta say I've never had a mechanic be so thorough. Tbh, I've never even had a mechanic think to go wash his hands before backing my vehicle out of the bay the way Jeremiah did. And the manager Wes was unbelievably courteous with us as we loitered around. Lol. Went there only because it's really close to where I just moved, but their treatment of us ensured they'll have my business going forward.

Do not fear going here. We fried a front wheel bearing and axle 250 miles from home. They took care of us and didn't rake us over the coals like some places are known to do when they know you have no other alternative. The repair was within $1 of the estimate and it was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend Bland Street Auto to anyone, local or passing through and in need of emergency repairs.

So had a stoke of misfortune and had my fuel pump go out on 77 just crossing over from Virginia to West Virginia. I got towed to this shop and they were quick to identify the problem, provide a solution, and give an estimate. The part was not readily available but John and his team were able to expedite the shipping and it got hand delivered. I was back on the road way faster than I thought was possible. The cost (which was close to other quotes from just talking around) was well worth the value of service provided by Bland Street Auto Center.

My Audi A3 broke down while visiting a remote area of southern West Virginia on a Sunday afternoon last month. AAA arranged a tow and dropped the car at Bland Street Auto Center in Bluefield.
We rented a car and proceeded to a convention about 30 miles away.
I was concerned that repairing an Audi in a area with no dealers would take weeks.
The next morning I received a call from the very polite manager who informed me I would require a new air conditioning compressor and a tension pulley. He could have the parts that afternoon and deliver the car the following morning. What a relief.
The repair while expensive (what Audi repair is cheep) but not our of line...and I had it the next day. My Audi dealer would take 3 to 4 days.
