I personally worked with Jim but all the guys there are great!! When i picked my car up today it looked brand new all over again!!Not only did they fix the huge dent from when i got hit but they cleaned my car inside and out! Customer service is definitely their goal!!! Im a customer for life!

I was first greeted by Damon over the phone. He eased my mind that my 2006 Element was going to be cared for. Jim the owner kept me updated with all the steps along the way way as did my insurance company I have a policy with. The Element looks GREAT!! My husband does body work and he as well said the team did a nice job!! Thank you Sumpter Collision. I will definitely be sharing with family and friends about your outstanding work!!

I have taken two of my trucks there and each time I have come out 100 percent satisfied. The crew at this shop did a great job. I even got my truck back in cleaner snap then when I took it there.

I'd like to say thank you to Jim! Even though all hope was lost at having my mom's car repaired he is going above and beyond to ensure that the car is getting repaired I will recommend him and his shop to everyone it's great to see that there are honest people in this world still that help and look out for people especially senior citizens thanks again for all your help in are time of need

I was rear ended at five points a few weeks back and had to have my car towed back to my place while i shopped around for a collision shop. When I called Jim he said he could come out and give me an estimate without having to tow my car to his place (since it wasn't drivable). He came out, gave me a decent price, and even had a tow truck come pick up my car and take it to his shop. I am very grateful for his honesty and i like that he didn't talk down to me since i don't know much about cars. If you need a collision shop, I would recommend Sumpter Collision.
