Excellent service! Have been here twice for mechanical repairs and received work done at reasonable prices and work quality was high caliber. Highly recommend the mechanics here. Haven't rented or purchased vehicle here so can't comment on that aspect of the business.

Do not do business with this establishment. They title STOLEN vehicles by reporting them to the state as abandoned, obtaining a mechanic's lien, then transfer the vehicles to an individual as if the person bought it from them. ASK A NEWPORT NEWS POLICE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW SHADY THIS DEALERSHIP IS. How do I know? I unknowingly purchased a stolen vehicle from a PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL that "knew someone from Dad's auto" and the vehicle had a title obtained from this dealership using the method I outlined above. The vehicle that I purchased that was titled (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STOLEN) through this dealership is the one I have uploaded a picture of. BUYER BEWARE
