The manager/owner Victor is extremely rude!! While the customer service rep I dealt with was very nice and polite, Victor called me 2 days after returning the car and threatened to charge me an extra $100, when attempting to talk to him and clear things up, he interrupts me telling me "you don't need to call me and talk my ear off for 20 minutes, you got your way." would've been my best experience with rentals without this jerk calling me!!!
