Best in town!
I have taken all of my business to Regency Collision and have received nothing but "above and beyond" service. James took care of me every step of the way and got my brand new car back to looking brand new! Highly recommend!

Excellent work and amazing customer service
My car got hit in a parking lot they were recommended by my insurance company. James was awesome. I had to go on vacation while they had my truck they held on to it for me and wished me a great vacation. They washed it and everything the girl who I paid was super nice and asked me how my vacation was remembered by name. James even faxed somthing to my insurance company that was in my truck while I was at work. Thanks guys highly recommend.

I recently had some damage to a new-used car due to a car shipment. Having had a different car repaired at another local Charleston shop with horrible results and 3 re-work visits, I decided to give Regency a try. Their quotation was up-front and to the point. When I actually took the car in for the 3-day repair Regency took extra time and care inspecting my paint and was able to repair the car without painting which saved me over $750 off of the original $1000 estimate. Additionally the repair they were able to perform was completed on day 1. When I arrived to pick-up the car the repaired areas looked excellent and my wallet was very satisfied with the final cost. I would highly recommend Regency to anyone and would gladly take any future auto-body repairs I have straight to them without hesitation.

excellent job and done rapidly
A few years ago I had a front end collision; my honda was several years old. This place matched the paint perfectly, did it quickly, charged a fair price, and when I picked up my car it looked like new! Very impressed. Best experience ever.

Regency is the only place I will ever take my car if I need body work done. James and the team at Regency Collision Center are incredible. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. After being involved in a car accident, my car was taken to Regency. The repairs took longer than my insurance company would cover a rental car for. (That is a failing of my insurance, not of Regency, who completed the repairs quickly and perfectly) I found out that when the rental car company was about to pull my rental agreement, Regency stepped in and covered my rental car for the duration of the repairs. This was incredible. When I got my car back, it looked like it had never been in an accident. I sincerely hope I don't need a body shop again, but if I do, I will be taking it to Regency.

These guys are awesome. They fixed my car from major front end damage and made it look perfect. Mr. Mike Hones was excellent as a representative of Regency. His customer service was impeccable along with his honesty and thoroughness. He kept me informed along the way from beginning to end along with also letting me know of an unrelated issue. Truly an asset to this business.

WORST BODY SHOP EVER.....MADE MORE DAMAGES THAN THE WRECK

Worked with Mike and was literally blown away by everything he did. I'm won over to the point that I will always go to this shop if at all possible. I live in North Charleston and its a good 20-25 minute drive to go here but well worth it.

My car was hit by someone on the right front about a year ago and this is the place that performed the repairs. When I got the car there first time iv had to return due to a pull hard right. It should have been caught on the test drive after the repairs but wasn't for some reason. After I got it back I had the alignment checked and it was way off due to a pinched lower control arm that was not replaced the first time. Had to return and have it replaced. Now eight months later I have an issue when I take a wide right ranging from 30 to 75 miles an hour. My car starts to go left and right.So bad that if you were an unexperienced driver you could easily wreck. Come to find out my right front lower control arm ball joint was loose and never tightened as much as it should have been. I would recommend to have your car checked over buy another shop after your work is done.

What a great experience. On the road traveling out of state had some damage to my car on the interstate. Took it to Regency Collision Center and was met with nothing but politeness and smiles. Mike and Vanessa were awesome. Parts were ordered, came in on time and my car was ready a day before they promised it. They arranged my rental car and when I picked my car up it looked perfect. Great Service Excellence! Definitively would recommend them! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Avoid this place at all costs ! Their customer service is horrible, they're disorganized and the work was extremely shoddy. They said I'd have the car back in 5 days, and I finally got it back in 30 !! I had to get the insurance company to go back out and look at the car - I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like they'd painted it without sanding/washing it.
