Very professional. Towing was free, and my Car is back like new. I love the fact that they repair and do the mechanic, the body work and the paint all at the same shop. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Prices are very good too.

This is the place that I took my car to for collision work. It was referred to me by my insurance company. They set me up an appointment on a Tuesday and said my car would be ready the next day. On Wednesday I called to see if my car was ready and the collision shop found more damage under my front bumper and said it would be ready on Friday. On Friday I called and he said the car would be available by noon. I went there at 3:30 and indeed my car was ready. When I initially dropped off my car I had asked him if he could touch up my back bumper as well. He was very reluctant.
Needless to say if you want something done you will have to pay for it. My back bumper was not touched - oh well. Just thought that since the collision shop had the paint and everything else they could touch up my back, but nooooooooooooooooo. You know the insurance company paid good money for repairing, not replacing, but repairing the front bumper, I think the collision shop could have made me happy.
The front bumper looks good, but the paint is just a tad off of being perfect with the rest of the paint on the car. But, it looks good.
