These guys are great. I ended up with two accidents in one month (one my fault, one not), and I went back to them for the second time because they were so great the first. Really nice, kept me in the loop and, as a woman, didn't make me feel dumb or talked down to. With car stuff, I've had that problem before, no matter how much I actually know. They even send you pics as they work on your car. Great service! Update: I actually went back to them a week after getting my car back because I thought something was wrong with my car from them fixing it. I was wrong but they were great about having me just come in and look at it. I was wrong but they told me what was wrong with it and were incredibly nice about the whole thing.

They will lie to you and when you confront the situation they will get hostile and try to intimidate you. Work quality is poor.
