Shopped around Williamsburg and Newport News for a trusted mechanic for about 4 years. Finally found someone who was fair, upfront and willing to explain what was needed (and what wasn't). After several really positive experiences, I can say for sure Trinity Car care is trustworthy.

I moved here from Georgia in 2006. I needed a repair shop that could be trusted and not too expensive. Since then I have taken all four (4) of my vehicles to Trinity Car Care. Over the last nine (9) years they have assisted in everything from simple State Inspections to more complex mechanical issues. Any time I needed advise or a recommendation on fixing any of my vehicles Dave and his staff is there. I recommend Trinity Car Care to any one who may need their car serviced or fixed.

At first I thought everything was going to be taken care of. We ( boyfriend and I) were afraid a head gasket had blown. Apparently it was an oil leak. Not even a day later car starts over heating on the interstate. We take the car back to their shop hoping it was a faulty part. In their defense, we mentioned nothing of an over heating issue. Well it wasn't until after having them work on my car for the second and final time. My car is overheating bc they put broken motor fans in my car. I'm not made of money and altogether $480 has been spent for more problems. I do not recommended taking your car here for even an oil change. However sprinkle and Williams on Warwick Blvd by deep creek is the place to go. My grandparents have been going to them for well over 40 years now. These guys do honest work. Only thing is you have to schedule an appointment. It is not first come first serve, but they will not take advantage of those illiterate in the dealing of cars. I want my money back so I can have mechanics who care working on my car.

Just took my car in to fix the flexpipe. These guys were incredible. Customer service was fantastic; they looked at my car right away and gave me great advice for next steps. I had several things wrong with the car and they told me honestly that they were not the right place for any of them. They also are very VERY choosy with the places they recommend. Their recommendations helped me save a ton of money and ensure that I received fair treatment at the other shops! DEFINITELY go here first for ANY problem you have with the car, they absolutely treat you like they would want their family treated.
