These guys are incredible. I got a bad used car from a dealer and they are always helping me with issues that arise. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. I really appreciate all the help guys.

Another shop quoted me at over $5000 to change the transmission on my Mercedes. I took it to MBT for a second opinion and they were able to change the conductor plate for around $1000 and solve my problem. They really know Mercedes.

The last mechanic I took my Mercedes to charged me for all types of parts that still didn't fix my problem. It is so frustrating to pay good money and not have my problem fixed. They actually brought me in the bay and showed me what was wrong with my E Class and explained why it was causing those problems. They did it right the first time and I will not be gong anywhere else.

I couldn't find anyone who could figure out why my convertible top wouldn't work on my CLK. They were able to diagnose and fix it in three days. These guys are the best!

The best service possible. David is a super Guy and a very experienced and helpful Tech. If you want your Mercedes serviced or fixed correctly, this is where you should go. I drove for an hour because of the 5 star rating and the drive was well worth it. I will be back for my next check up!!!

They saved me a lot of money on servicing my Benz. They used original Mercedes parts and were very fast and honest. Didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I had them also do some repairs and it didn't void my warranty and they even gave me a one year warranty on the work they did. I will definitely keep going to them instead of the dealer for all my needs with my car. I really appreciate it guys.

I went to Mercedes Techs to have a light/wiring problem fixed on my 2005 Maserati Quattro Porte. They were very fast, affordable, and did great quality work at a great price. I will be going to them for all my needs with with my Maserati from now on.

*Awesome super friendly staff *Very FAIR and quick! *I highly recommended them! It is hard finding a mechanic you can trust and I couldn't be happier! I brought my car in for some minor work, thinking I would be paying a few hundred dollars and David let me know my bill was less than what i paid for lunch! This is the second time I've brought my car in and received exemplary superb service. Plus they have an espresso machine and good chocolates :)

Been to a lot of auto shop bc I am just too picky. I like how he show me my car n explain to me how everything works. Not just telling me that I need this n that fix. Like other mechanic's. I told him of what other shop told me I need to fix. Lolz he check it all n told me NO NEES TO FIX ANYTHING. But all in all David said my car is like brand NEW no work need TO BE DONE. very nice n take his time with u n ur car. So fall so good.

After having a small malfunction with my MB transmission I started looking for a shop that would have the expertise and equipment to diagnose it. Since the transmission is one of the more sophisticated ones from MB (722.9) I knew it would take someone that really knew MB. After researching possible shops, I settled on MB Techs in Atlanta. Yes, I live in the Charlotte NC area, but decided to drive to ATL to have this looked at. David was extremely knowledgeable and ran a diagnosis, he explained what was happening and recommended a solution. (MB Techs is an authorized MB independent repair shop with experienced techs). David was able to fix the problem quickly and completely at about 1/3 what the dealer would have charged. David obtained the part needed directly from MB and completed the installation and programming using his Star Tech system that accesses the MB database. While performing the work David also pointed out several other items that needed attention. He took the time to show and explain what needed to be done. I had those done at the same time. If you are looking for someone to make a repair on your MB, it would be worth your time and drive to have David take a look at it.

1995 C280. A/C recharged and serpentine belt replaced. Service was performed in a timely manner and done with care. They do not rush their work therefore it is done correctly and methodically. The shop only installs genuine and OEM parts. You must pay to play and get it done right by bringing your Benz here!

I don't even know where to start. Since my first review, I've taken my car back to MB Techs 3 times, including today as in right now. Once after an accident to repair my bumper and David was INCREDIBLE. This was my first accident/dealing with insurance claim and David pretty much took care of everything with my insurance company and had my car ready ahead of schedule. Second time I called last minute for a Service A1 and David saw me the same day and got me out the door under an hour. While there he informed me that I needed tires ASAP..like yesterday. Unfortunately, I wasn't in the financial position to purchase new tires at the time but David worked with me and gave me an awesome deal. All I can say is that I'm a customer forever. Since my first review I moved almost 2 hours away from his shop but I will continue to come to MB techs no matter how far I have to travel. He is the nicest, fairest, most reliable and super amazing person ever. If you need a mechanic..go here. You won't regret it. 50 stars!!

I brought my car in today after smelling a burned oil smell coming from my vents. I had taken it to another place that told me I needed a new battery (I bought one but later found out my battery was good). When that didn't repair the smell, the other mechanic told me I needed an intake manifold repair. Paid for that. Still didn't fix the problem. I called Mercedes Benz Techs and they told me to bring it right in. David was awesome! He knew what my problem was right away. Two hours later, problem solved! David was very knowledgeable and explained everything to myself and my husband. The waiting room was comfortable and my husband has now fallen in love with expresso. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and they only used genuine Mercedes parts. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on!

I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes Benz Techs. David is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes and takes the time to explain the issues with your car in layman's terms. For me, he also took the time to show me how things work on the car. I went in with a problem with my trunk and needing an oil change. He discovered and showed me some problems with two gaskets and the rotors. Since he showed me the problem, I know that he was not trying to run up the bill. Additionally, his costs are reasonable and he turns his work around quickly. I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz Techs and they will be my go to repair shop for my car.
