Called the shop on Saturday afternoon and left a voicemail. To my surprise, I received a phone call back within 10 minutes! The guy (Tom) apologized that he missed the call, and asked me to bring my vehicle in Sunday night for him to check it out first thing Monday morning (explained that he was out of town on vacation!!). I received a phone call from Tom Monday by 10:00 am, communicating the issue. VERY reasonable pricing, overall VERY pleased with his service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These guys are great and are incredibly knowledgeable about transmissions. After a HORRIBLE experience down the street at USA Transmission causing me to leave with my car on a flatbed, I went here and they took care of me. These guys have been in business for a long time and there reputation around town speaks for itself. They quoted me a very fair price, performed the work quickly, and over a year later i have not had one problem.
