My son and I stopped by Big John's this morning for an estimate to fix what another muffler hack messed up. We were asking for a ballpark estimate, I was pleasantly surprise at what he told us it would cost! The best part was he said he could do it right then. I am in the retail and service business so when anyone asks who is the go to muffler shop my response will forever be Big John's Muffler in Haltom City Texas. Thank you again.

I had taken my car in for inspection/emissions and the inspector found that the catalytic converter had come loose. The inspector then told me that it would cost "only a few hundred" to have it welded back into place at a local mechanic. I called up Big John's, gave them the make and model of my car and he quoted me $20.00 over the phone. I drove the car down there, and 20 minutes later I was gone with a brand new weld in place that helped the car pass inspection/emissions. It's nice to see that some people are still honest, hard-working and don't try to gouge you on the pricing.

Really great guys working here! Have been in business for two generations and really know what they are doing. I was referred here by McGee's Garage off Solona in Haltom City. Big John's replaced my catalytic converter on my minivan and I had them throw on a glasspack for fun. They are honest, do good clean work, and enjoy doing creative jobs. This shop is one of the great small businesses in the Haltom City/Richland/North Richland Hills area and I would recommend them to anyone.
