I just left Ron's Muffler Depot and I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service he provided. Not only did he fix an issue that I had been dealing with and stressing over for months, but he was fair, upfront, efficient, and honest. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. Ron seems to genuinely care about earning your business which is a rare thing in this day and age. If you are in need of any muffler or catalytic converter work, I highly recommend Ron's Muffler Depot. Any time my little problem child (03 Impala) starts giving me a headache I bring her to Ron. Ron is very good about saying I think it's this or that and whether or not he can address the situation. He takes really, really good care of his customers. He seals deals with a hand shake and honesty. If he feels like he can't do something he'll tell you that it's not something he feels he could do 100% and he'll tell you to go to someone that is more skilled with whatever the situation is. If it's something he knows he can do he'll say let me take care of it and he will not over-charge. He's just awesome.
