Honest service

I took my truck to Ken's muffler shop on the recommendation of a friend's mechanic. I needed a y-pipe installed. Ken looked at it and gave me an estimate and said he'd get it done. The work looks good and his price was very fair. If I need more exhaust work done, I'll be going to Ken's.

Went there to have an inspection done. Hours say 8am-5pm. Got there at 8 with no one there. Waited twenty minutes and still no one there. Will NEVER go there to waste my time again!!! Must be nice to own your own business only to disregard your customers.
