Mike and Dave have been amazing through out every experience my family has ever had with them. Collectively we've been going there for over 20 years and my dad never recommends anyone else. While I have now only personally worked with Mike he has been absolutely outstanding, going far above and beyond what is expected or required of him. They are truly fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend.

I've been taking my vehicles to the Jensens for nearly 20 years. The first time I took a car to them they were able to easily solve an engine timing issue that several other shops weren't able to fix & I've been going back to them ever since. It seems difficult to find auto mechanics you can trust where you don't feel like you're getting ripped off, so my family and I will continue to use them in the future. I really value their honesty, accuracy, and timeliness.

Mike and Dave are the BEST!! They are extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused! They have serviced my cars for years, and I have always been pleased with their work. For my money, they are THE "go-to" guys whenever I need work done on my cars. I have highly recommended them to family and friends, and all of them have been pleased as well. NOTE: please do NOT confuse them with Jensen Tires. They are not affiliated with them in any way.

When I wrote my first review, I worked a rotating shift and would be able to get my car serviced on weekdays when I was off work. Now that I work Monday-Friday, it is not as easy to schedule service.
The owners are very helpful and are upfront about their prices and repairs needed. I have never been "upsold" on a repair from them.
The shop has wifi, however the waiting area is fairly small with only 3-4 chairs. No vending machines, so either bring your own drink or walk about 2 blocks to the nearest convenience store.
I will note that I found it very strange that all the positive reviews for Jensen Service and Diagnostic are not shown as suggested reviews. They are a great family run business and while they may not have the lowest prices in town, they do great work and I trust their work completely.

I have owned 2 vehicles and taken both to Jensen Service & Diagnostic. This is a small family owned business. The brothers who own it are very upfront about repairs needed and the cost. They have even told me what is a priority and what needs to be done, but not urgently. The owners explain things in a manner that people can understand and have always been upfront about costs and the time it would take for the repair.
The only change I would suggest would be a bit later hours in the evening to be able to pick up my vehicle after work or weekend hours. They have great service and are very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

I was visiting from out of town, during the hottest week of the year and my ac went out on my car. I couldn't imagine driving 8 hours with no air conditioning in this heat! Jensen was able to fit me into their schedule and stayed late to get the job done. My car is now icy cold and road ready. Thank you to Mike and the team for the great customer service!

We've been taking our cars here for the better part of 5 years now. There hasn't been a time when we didn't feel like we were treated like family. Both Mike and Dave have saved us more than on a few occasions. They're helpful, knowledgeable and above all trustworthy of all our vehicles. I would recommend them to any and all who have cars/trucks regardless of make/model. As far as I'm concerned, they're the best around!

We were recommended here to fix our truck. At first they were very nice. They charge a $109 Diagnostic fee, which I thought was very unusual. Usually, repair shops find out what is wrong, let you know and ask you to approve service.
$500 later, we picked up car only to find out it still was not fixed. We called them to see if they would repair it. They immediately got defensive and blamed us for giving them the wrong information about the truck's problems. Ummm, we are not mechanics and we paid for their professional diagnostic and repair. They then said, we could bring truck in and this time they would only charge a $50 diagnostic fee, but it may not catch the problem as they were going to only do the lesser diagnostic.
In my opinion, they are the classic con mechanics that you should avoid.

While just moving to Omaha we needed repairs to our car and since we were recommended to Jensen Service & Diagnostic we mistakenly did not get a second opinion. Our bill came to over $980 and we had a feeling that we may have been overcharged. We discussed the bill with two family member mechanics and also with our old mechanic (who we trusted where we lived previously). All three separately outlined the prices of the parts, labor and claimed we were charged for a service that doesn't need to be done to a new part. There was about a $250 difference. We went back to Jensen Service & Diagnostic to discuss what we felt were overcharges and gave them an opportunity to make things right. We felt crediting us back $250 would be fair.
The brothers of Jensen Service & Diagnostic were extremely defensive, unprofessional and claimed everything they put in our car was "premium" and therefore costs more for parts and labor. They blamed us for moving forward with getting the repairs done when we knew the estimate. Yes, that is our fault for not getting a second opinion, however they took advantage of our lack of knowledge on appropriate costs/charges for parts/labor.
We were extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation and since then have heard others speak of their overcharged "premium" parts/labor.
We will never go back.
