Marie I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish on this review site. Me and countless other people I know have been using them for years and years. I'm not saying they didn't do something wrong but what lube or mechanic shop hasn't? Why threaten saying you're going to tell everyone not to go to them? This is a hardworking family business that cares deeply about their customers. I would recommend them to ANYONE in a heartbeat. Way before I ever went to wal mart or speedy lube.

I will never use these people again. On July 03,2015 I get the oil changed. Took trip to Crystal Beach the next day and check engine light comes on. They did not put in enough oil. Got refunded for that. Then today the 7th I find out they didn't even change the oil filter. It's still the old one. Fixing to tell them about that today. I do not recommend at all and will tell everybody not to go there!!

I have ALWAYS brought my vehicles to this place. I bring in my truck and they do my oil. I changed my own oil last time, and noticed that the oil drain plug wasn't tight. I buy a new one and everything is fine. I try calling them to let them know that next time, have better communication with their customer's about what is needed to be done. The lady starts screaming accusation's to me about "We don't do that" and everything else. All I was just trying to tell her was NEXT TIME I come in, or anybody else that comes in, let them KNOW about a problem, because if I didn't change the oil myself, my plug could have just vibrated out, and blew my engine. I WILL NEVER use these people again!!!
