I will not return to the Royal Lube in Tyler. Got there before car next to me and they took him in before me by quite sometime. Then after talking to man on phone to get prices he knew I wanted the cheaper oil change. When I got there I said I wanted the bulk cheaper oil (because that is what my husband said was fine) they came and told me I owed almost $50. When I asked why so much after I was told $32 (it's ladies day too) he said "you told me bulk and that is our penzoil expensive oil". What a scam! Since he knew I wanted the cheaper don't you think he would've confirmed? Won't be going back there and will definitely share my one and only experience with everyone I know!

I pulled in yesterday a minute or two after 5:30, not knowing what time Royal Lube closed, and so I asked "What time do you close?" I was told "When the last car pulls away..." Wow, now THAT'S service! I looked later to find out that they actually close at 5:30, but rather than making me feel bad for bringing it in at the last minute, they welcomed me to come in! AND to top it off, I think I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great place to go!

Nice, trustworthy people. Took out my air filter, checked it and cleaned it - without pressuring or recommending a new one. Fill up your tires, top off your window washing fluid, etc. when you come in for an oil change. Top notch
