Driving from Beloit, WI to Madison ten days after getting my car back from D & A Auto Body... I was driving on I39 North behind an 18 wheel flat bed truck and a tarp came flying off the truck and hit my car. Voila... another front bumper needed after the tarp put cracks in mine and took away part of the grilll under the main grill and fog light fitting. Never fear D&A is here! I am going to give them another 5 stars even before I get my car back b/c I have 100% confidence in them. Anthony and Ed are just great people. They go behind the call of duty to fix your car... They also make sure that no aftermarket parts are used when fixing the car... They fight for you when dealing with the Insurance companies to make sure your car is fixed the right way. I would never ever goto a nother body shop. I'm not even sweating this latest accident b/c I know that I will get my car back fast and in 100% tip to shape. Out of any review I have done these guys get the highest rating and if I could give them 6 stars I would. By the way... none of these accidents have been my fault. In the past 26 months they have repaired, including this bumper, 3 front bumpers and 2 rear bumpers. Again, none of which were my fault... Twice I wasn't even in the car when my car was hit. Just use them and never look back!

Horrible customer service i ever had, waited over two weeks to find out i was been purposely ignored and profiled due to my old car, i called over and over and no quote by anyone l. I wish i never wasted my time going here and i will tell mbusa to revoked their license as well. No idea how they do business!!! Only high end cars and skin color matters!! Do not go here!
