My son was returning from college in Alabama and developed a hole in his brake line in Nashville. They priced him fairly, fixed the car quickly and sent him on his way with no hassles.

Never had a issue bringing cars here. Everytime they are fixed and ready when told. The owner is a man of his word. You want your car fixed at a decent price this is the place to go. My grandmother Mrs. Barrett won't go nowhere else.

I absolutely LOVE this business. Great customer service and honest business. I purchased a vehicle from William and he was amazing!!! Mike took care of our vehicle and provided excellent care to us as customers. I love my new car it runs PERFECT and my boyfriend plans to be buying another vehicle soon!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

The first thing I do when arriving in a town is ask the locals for referrals. Mr. Primm's name kept coming up as the mechanic of choice. Two years later and I'm finally getting around to writing a review. BESTBESTBEST! An honest mechanic, prior master mechanic with ford, auto and boat enthusiast. Fair prices (which does not necessarily mean the cheapest price) and excellent work. Prompt and respectful (will call if something else pops up). I recommend highly.

I've been going to Primm's for years for my aging SUV. The owner, William, and his staff have always gone the extra mile to provide excellent service. They always take the time to explain to me in plain English what the problem is and what needs to be fixed, go over all costs with me before servicing, and have my vehicle road-ready within a day or two. There was one time I requested a tune-up, and William took a look and let me know it was not needed. Seriously, what garage does that?! There have also been several times where he gave me a ride home so I didn't have to walk or bother a friend (I live about 1.5 miles away). William and his staff are always courteous and professional, and I know I can always stop in to have them check something out if I think the car's not running right. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
