When our truck needed body and...
When our truck needed body and paint work in short order, the great service team at Land Rover Cape Fear recommended Auto Color. On a holiday weekend, Bobby got our new parts in and the truck repainted with no problem. The price was far less than I ever expected and I would have gladly paid twice that for the flawless work and impeccable service we got from Bobby and his team. Thanks to the guys at Land Rover for the great recommendation because now, like them, we could not recommend Auto Color more highly.

While no one wants to deal with having with having body work done, sooner or later that is something we all have to do. Bobby and Autocolor made the process painless, and my car is as good, if not better, than it was before the collision.
Pricing was very reasonable, the body work was top-notch with an excellent attention to detail and making sure everything was done correctly the first time, and the customer service surpassed expectations, going above and beyond to make sure I was included and kept "in-the-loop" throughout the entire process.
I am very picky about my car.. I would go here again without hesitation, and would recommend this shop to others.

I recommend Autocolor to everyone I know for body/collision work. After finding damage to the door and quarter panel of my car, I took it to Autocolor, to see Bobby. When looking at my car, Bobby called out one of his body guys to look over the damage to my car with him, to confirm how much work the body guy thought would go into repairs, rather than guessing or just entering it into a computer. After looking over my car, Bobby sat down with me and explained the processed and time it would take to repair my car, and how much it would cost. Bobby, even suggested other body/collision shops in the area to get quotes with, whom he has previously worked for before opening his own shop, and knowing he could loose my business to them.
In the end Autocolor won my business. They were not the most expensive quote, nor the cheapest. However, they set themselves apart with their friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism, making me feel confident and comfortable when choosing them to take care of my car. I will also be taking my car back to them whenever I need body work in the future, and recommend anyone who needs any done to use them as well.

After someone rear-ended me a month ago, I needed a new bumper on my car. Bobby and his team at Autocolor were able to get GM parts for my SUV and fix my bumper, exhaust, and step cover WITHIN 24 hours! Bobby also called Enterprise for me so I would be able to rent a car and he kept in constant contact with my insurance company about what all was being done. I highly recommend Autocolor and will definitely go there for any other needs I have!

What sets the great businesses apart is how they handle their mistakes. While my initial experience with Autocolor was less than perfect, Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of and that I left as a satisfied customer. These guys do a fantastic job!! Always courteous and easy to work with. They were recommended to us by Wilmington Motor Works and since the first time we used them I've been impressed. Most recently they painted a mirror housing for us to install on one of our customers cars, the finish was perfect, couldn't even tell it had been repainted and matched the color perfectly. We've sent many customers over to Autocolor and they always come back with nothing but good things to say about these guys, from the way they were treated to the way their car looked when they got it back. Recommend 100%.

My friend and I were traveling through and needed a new tire. I read the previous Yelp review and I knew this would be the place! Super friendly. Professional and personal! Could not have been more satisfied with my visit to 2 Techs garage. I am a student at UNCW and I'm not from the area so I did some exploring to find a garage. When I called, Bill, the owner, was so friendly I automatically felt confident in my decision to bring my Jeep there. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it, but I was having trouble starting my Jeep. They went out of their way to figure out what was wrong and the problem was so minor they ended up not charging me anything. Marc, the service manager, did his best to explain the problem to me. Everyone was so kind. Will definitely be going back there and recommending this garage to all my friends at UNCW!

My wife and I have trusted 2 Techs garage for years. They have worked on both of our cars from time to time and we have always felt that we have been treated fairly. The cost always seems very reasonable for the parts and services performed. Bill, the owner, is an "explainer". He doesn't just tell you something is broken and needs to be fixed. He takes the time to make sure that you understand what's wrong...why it must have gone wrong...what the function is...and what is needed to fix it! This is also a shop that treats men and women equally. My wife always feels respected and informed during a visit. The shop is a little off the main road...but well worth finding. Perhaps you get a good deal from Bill because he doesn't have as much overhead expense as the larger shops. Personally, I feel that Bill is just an honest, hard working owner who only selects employees he can truly trust. Try 2 techs...you can thank me later! ;)

Honest, reliable, dependable. Not my car, but Bill and his team at 2 Techs Garage. I never feel like i'm getting ripped off, my car is always fixed when he says it's going to be, it's easy to get an appointment, and he's just an all around nice guy. Oh, and he's not expensive.

I once fell in love with an automobile. It was a green 1978 Toyota Corona Station Wagon. I cared for this hunk of metal just as much as a girl can care for anything I suppose. I didn't trust just anyone to look under the hood so upon gleaming recomendations I drove it to 2 Techs. Bill and his team were honest, quick and very reasonably priced. I feel they'd never rip you off as they gave me a list of the important work my car needed done and told me all of the things it could do without. I can't say enough about this mechanic so I'll stop before I begin to repeat the aforementioned review in length. Bottom Line: neighborhood mechanics who are honest, friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable!
