HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Service department. Took my step daughters dad for a ride! Specific instructions left at time of vehicle drop off with name and phone number of who to call, that no repairs were authorized unless specifically given after a discussion post dignosis of whether issue was a new problem or a direct result of needing rework. Original bill was $500 for gauge cluster replacement and the new bill was another $450 switch replacement unapproved by the person handling the vehicles drop off and its repair. Murphy Motors was instructed who to call and what number to call for approval and they did not, but once they got a credit card number for payment....they no longer cared because they got their money.

Sold me a vehicle knowino it had a bent axle and a snapped sway bar disconnect. Very rude. Put you down kind of demeanor and disrespectful.
