Everyone here was just so kind and helpful. Jim drove me home and also offered to pick me up when my car was finished. Heather was so kind and professional both over the phone and in person. I was very pleased with the work. The price. The clean shop.The timely manner my car was done in...especially since I was just a walk-in. It was so very nice to walk into a vehicle- related business without being treated like a female....but treated like a lady!! Thank you for the star treatment and I will absolutely recommend j&l to anyone who wants to find a nice and descent repair shop.

The most friendly family owned business. Customer service was amazing. Honest and time sensitive with repairs. Staff is super friendly and prompt.
They saved me $300+ on a windshield replacement and $200+ on a passenger window replacement on my Lincoln. They picked up my car from Bell Tire across the street, did the window and had it back to me by the close of business that day.
I also asked for an estimate on a touch up/repaint. They came in $3000 UNDER three other estimates for the same work.
