I first contacted Matrix Integrated a little over a year ago. I was looking to due a significant upgrade on my Audi Avant. I have never really had any major work done on any of my automobiles. I must say, the patience shown by Jeremy and his crew while walking though all the pros and cons of my upgrades was amazing. They very clearly explained why I should do certain upgrades and why other upgrades that I THOUGHT I wanted were not needed. This obviously cost the shop money. That showed me an incredibly amount of integrity. After a significant delay on my part due to RL issues, Jeremy took on my project and was able to complete all of my upgrades ahead of schedule. The car turned out better than I expected and I am already looking to schedule more work with them. I HIGHLY recommend Matrix Integrated!

He got back with me in a very swift manner if questions or concerns came up. He went out of his way to really help me out with several things including troubleshooting and solving a problem that came up. It had nothing to do with what the shop had done, but he sought out ways to address the issue....he also made sure everything was in order for transport of the car from the shop to where I lived at the time. The level of dedication, passion, and integrity is so rare...but you will find it here. I refer good folks I know to this shop. They take care of one's vehicle as though it were their own....Whether one is bringing in a car for an oil change or diagnostic code reading to doing a complete, serious build, one is treated the same. Unfortunately, that cannot be said of many places....For my future car projects, I foresee my sending them to Jeremy Williams and his folks (and I live on the east coast). My experience with this shop has been the best of any I have ever had. I cannot thank them enough. I only wish there were more folks out there like them....

Incredibly knowledgable and friendly group of folks over at Matrix! Sent my 996 in to replace the notorious rear main seal and IMS issues. Was in and out in a couple of days! While on the lift Matrix, they were very good at relaying to me any other issues they came across, which ones were major, minor, and recommended actions, all without trying to force me into anything or make me feel like they were merely trying to squeeze a bit more cash out of me (as some shops can do). Within 48 hours my vehicle was back to me feeling better than ever! Would highly recommend for German engineered vehicles; will return.

I took my X3 BMW in because the service light came on. On the way there my I-Phone shut down and not because it wasn't charged. I was thinking this was going to be "one of those days" - broken car and broken phone - just great. Instead Brian (or Bryan) at the front desk fixed my phone and then ran a diagnostic test on my car which turned out to be nothing. No charge for either. I used this shop because of all the positive reviews. I took my Porsche 911 because I had some oil in the coolant but no water in engine. I spent over $5,000 having them diagnose and fix the car. I don't drive this one much because I have 3 911's. After only 500 miles I had the same oil in coolant problem and no water in the engine oil.
I have to say when I spend $5,000+ to fix what they diagnosed I would have expected to get more miles out of the car before another failure. Taking my 911 to another shop to diagnose.

Matrix Integrated did a great job with a total wheel and tire swap on my 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I occasionally have to go off-pavement, and my 21" wheels and low-profile tires were too fragile for the purpose. Jeremy at Matrix helped me to pick out suitable new wheels and tires, then arranged for their purchase and delivery. Then the Matrix crew did a perfect job mounting the new truck's new shoes, paying careful attention to the clearances and tire pressure sensors, and also did a road test to make sure all the vehicle computers were happy with the swap. (Then, unasked, they cleaned up the old wheels and tires and put them in tire bags.)
All in all, it could not have gone better. A really competent job done quickly at a more-than-fair price . . . can't beat that.

Thank you Bryan and team for working with CNA National Warranty Corporation to get my Audi RS6 repaired. It had some minor and some major oil leaks which meant the engine had to be removed!

Honestly, I really trust these guys. I have a 1998 Audi A4. It's still ticking away after 18 years. Matrix has been taking care of it for 10 of those years. I fought with giving a 4 instead of a 5. I wish I could get a discount for using cash and they have given me 1% off but it's not worth it to me. I can get 2% on a card. Anyway it seems that they have been washing my car the last couple times . I liked that. They have done my clutch, and my timing belt. The clutch is a little tricky but it's held up. I always have been treated professionally. Sure I would like a loaner car and they did give me one when they couldn't finish the clutch in a day. They have a nice underused waiting area with WiFi, if you want to wait for your oil change. It's right on a bus line and the street car. What else? Yes they are expensive. But I don't think it's just any grease monkey working on my car. They seem like trained professionals very familiar with older A4's like mine.

We've taken our Audi here twice and have been really impressed with the service.
My husband generally takes our car in and though he has no formal training in mechanics, he thinks he does. Ha! From his description, they seem to be super polite with clientele like him that love to share their theories on exactly what needs to be fixed on the car even if they are exactly wrong. They are prompt with an estimate and the second time he took it in, it was far less pricey than we thought it would be. Plus, they detailed the car at least one of the times we took it in, it was a nice surprise.
Whenever we are having an issue with our car and my husband starts talking about what he thinks is wrong with it and how it would be soooo easy to fix it himself, I nod and smile and politely suggest we take it to Matrix Integrated.

I recently visited Matrix to have an issue with my VW fixed. The service provided by all was excellent. I had a problem with the drive shaft and this had to be replaced they diagnosed the issue promptly and quickly and then dealt with the car warranty company quickly and really got me out of a bind as I was scheduled to drive from Portland to Phoenix in a couple of days time. The work was completed to a really high standard and there has been any issue since. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there for any work that it needed, thanks to all of them for their great service!

All of my cars go to Matrix for service and nowhere else for over 7 years now. Jeremy and Justin are incredibly honest and trustworthy guys and their techs are top notch. Matrix will bend over backwards to give you great service and their prices are very fair. They will never try to bill your for things you don't need and always stand behind their work.
