Horrible experience! I took my 2003 BMW to Professional Auto Body to repair and paint my trunk. As soon as I picked up my car I immediately noticed the body shop re-used existing "M" and "5" emblems even though my insurance paid for new emblems. They installed the trunk BMW roundel using double sided tape instead of buying grommets that cost less than $1. The paint quality was terrible due to a bad job sanding and buffing. I have returned my car three (3) times to repair the paint and each time they fix a small area instead of fixing the whole trunk. Mr. Minh has no quality assurance process. Calling this place is a waste of time as know one answers the phone or return voice mails. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I am very happy to report that all the positive, online reviews of Professional Auto Body/Alexandria - as well as the enthusiastic recommendation of my Hyundai auto dealer - were proven true when I picked up my car this morning. I'm pretty critical and curmudgeonly and yet I could not be more pleased. The car looks as good as new, the price for the work was very reasonable, the communication was excellent and the people with whom I dealt couldn't have been nicer and more professional. What do you know - something good CAN come out of something bad....

Horrible experience! I took my 2003 BMW to Professional Auto Body to repair and paint my trunk. When I went to pick-up my car I immediately noticed the body shop re-used existing "M" and "5" emblems even though my insurance paid for new emblems. They installed the trunk BMW roundel using double sided tape instead of buying grommets for less than $1. The paint quality was terrible due to a bad job sanding and buffing. I have returned my car three (3) times to repair the paint and each time they fix a small area instead of fixing the whole trunk. Mr. Minh has no quality assurance process. Calling this place is a waste of time as know one answers the phone or return voice mails. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I (CHARA) GOT HAIL ALL OVER MY 350Z '08, AND THIS GUYS TOOK KARE OF IT, THEY PAINTED ALL OVER(3 STAGE BLUE PEARL) AND LOOKS SUPER GREAT, EVEN THE CLEAR LOOKS BETTER THAN FACTORY,SLICK & SHINE.... I was absolutely impressed with Professional Auto Body. I had several estimates done for my car, and they offered the best price. They were friendly, flexible, and they finished the job in just a few days. Honesty and integrity is very important in this business because there are alot of places that offer high estimates and unnecessary repairs, but Professional Auto Body went beyond my expectations. Mr Minh the owner is a wonderful man of integrity who has been in the business for 23 years. I highly recommend this place. I was referred to Luxury Imports not too long ago. Just brought my car here for my first major repair since I bought my 2008 Pontiac G6. I knew I needed a brake job, but wasnt sure exactly what it was. Tey diagnosed it just needed new brake pads, simple repair, Tey also cleaned up where the part was rubbing the rotor causing the brakes to squeak (for free). I am positive they will not rip me off. They will not try and tell you somethings wrong with your car, when it really isn't needed like most dealers & repair shops.
They do great work, for great prices. I highly recommend Tey and Dennis for all maintenance and repairs.

I was referred to luxury imports when I first moved here in 2008. We take all 3 cars (BMW, Nissan Pathfinder, Acura TL) to Tay and Dennis. The service we receive is beyond excellent. Dennis and Tey have been taking care of all 3 of my cars for years. My 2000 Nissan Maxima has over 310,000 miles on it partly because of the quality worked performed at affordable prices Luxury has to offer!!... They are a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the time to find them!!
