The experience was horrible. They made me wait a month to drop my car off. Said it would take 2 days which it only took 3, but when I went to pick the car up I looked it over and it still had the spots in the paint. I went in the office and they gave me the paper work, were they charged my insurance 200 more then they quoted, and was going to let me walk out the door with my car not fixed. I made them come look at my car and explain to them they didnt fix it. So they wanted to keep the car to talk to insurance. (this made me mad cause i wasted an hour and half to the shop and another hour and half back and gas which they were aware of). This was on a thursday.. was not untill tuesday did they call me. Then they tell me I have to take my car else where cause they do not want to reclear coat the car. so i have to drive back over, drop the rental off, pick my car up and now have to find a new shop to actually repair the car. Not only that but wasted a week worth of the money im allowed for my rental car for this repair. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

Had work done there on several occasions and always perfect I am very picky about my vehicle when you're done with the work a detailed vehicle back to its original state they will always have my business

They fixed a car for me, and the paint is coming off from the bumper, and one of the trim pieces wasn't put back on with adhesive. Overall, they cheaped out on fixing it right. Avoid.
