I have known Bob & Tom for years. They run an absolute top notch, professional operation. Just today I brought in my Escape with an exhaust leak close to the engine. Bob called within an hour verifying the problem, the solution, total cost and when it would be ready. But this is what they always do: They assess the problem quickly (and correctly all the time) & inform you of the estimate. They have top notch mechanics who do quality work. Bob & Tom are there to supervise, confirm & advise their clients. They are very professional & courteous. Great to know we have a shop in the neighborhood that is trustworthy and does quality work. Keep up the great work guys!

I just moved into the Bethpage area and had aproblem with my 2004 saturn. I couldn't of found a better place . They were able to find the my problem quick ,and fixed it that same day. After meeting owner Tommy and Bob they made me feel like family , really recommend the these guys ...top notch !!!!

the Bethpage repair shop said a transmission flush was necessary, so I had him do the work. It leaked immediately for the next two weeks out of the front pump and destroyed my transmission. The owner refused to take any responsibility. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop.

My mom, who lives in a senior citizen apartment in Bethpage, fell on the ice near her car last Saturday. I called random businesses in Bethpage, asking for someone to please clear the ice. All were unavailable until I called Tomco. He immediately offered to help. I asked him what the charge would be and he told me to set the price. I offered $50 which he agreed to. He was at my mom's apartment in 15 minutes. He cleared the ice and treated the area, chopping away at the the thick black ice. A few minutes later he called my cellphone, telling me that he wouldn't charge for the service. He said it was his good deed for the day. In this era of price gouging and lack of civility, this was truly an example of humanity and good will. Tom's generosity is an inspiration to all of us.

These guys are great: we have an older company car that they maintain when needed. they do great work and in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an auto mechanic.
