I have just scheduled a front end alignment for a 2002 GMC Yukon. Alignments are scheduled in advance with a technician focused on that area of automotive servicing. The price is very competitive. That's a good sign. Let's see if they can live up to a 5 star rating. Will report back on the quality of the service and overall experience.

We had a problem with our heat...

We had a problem with our heater core in our 2006 Grand Prix. These guys were about $100 cheaper than the dealer. The work was done quickly and we have heat again! They even cleaned the carpets of all the coolant that had leaked onto them. I'll definitely be going back for any other repairs.

I trust the guys at Hamilton Auto. They don't play games trying to get you to fix what's not broken. We brought in my wife's truck for a humming noise while braking and turning. The cause was a small leak in the power steering system. They didn't try to tell me I needed new pumps or anything of the sort. Total cost of repairs: $30. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I love these guys. They've always treated me fairly as I brought my old junker to them for years. They even honestly told me when it came time that they didn't feel the car was worth the repairs. I brought my car to them once or twice only to find nothing was wrong and they refused to charge me since there was no problem. They always squeezed me in for my oils changes when I forgot until the last minute.

These guys were super good guys...they saved me $2500 from a dealer who was trying to sell me a car which had major issues then its worth. I arrived probably too close to closing time, maybe 5:30 to have them do a quick inspection. They still had a smile to send my way and once they saw the oil leaking they told me the car wasn't worth it. I really appreciate their help and kindness. Thanks guys!

Jim and Jamie are the best of the best. They are honest and caring and they don't charge an arm and a leg. It is so hard to find honest businesses these days. I went in with my eyes peeled based on the sole review previously, but apparently I finally got a dose of that white male privilege I've heard so much about because this was the finest car repair experience I've had. They were friendly and prompt and did it in about 1/4th of the time and for about 1/6th of the price that Pep Boys had previously for the same repair. Based on my experience I wholeheartedly recommend Hamilton Auto & Tire Services. Thanks, guys, you won yourselves a loyal customer! Great service!
