Family of at least 6 cars from Service Chevrolet. I wouldn't buy any place else. The service, prices and selection are the best in the state. Ask for Guy Rodrigue and tell him the Gauldens sent you!

Being the mayor of this place is nothing to be proud of. Chevrolets are a POS.

We had a great experience!! The service and attention by both of our sales reps, Richard Williams & Jackie Richard were excellent. Fast, courteous, and personal attention to our needs was greatly appreciated. They are both very well trained and highly knowledgeable about the GM products. Very Impressive!! Service you would expect from a high end dealer. Would highly recommend both these sales reps to anyone.

This place is a freaking joke
Do not take your vehicle there for service, the only thing they are servicing is their pockets!
2 months ago we took our vehicle there because our vehicle would not start, it was making a whirring and clicking noise while turning the ignition. It would not turn or catch in some instances we had to giggle the key in the ignition for it to start or to even attempt to start. Clearly it was the starter. I am not a mechanically inclined person buy any means. However, I am intelligent enough to know that there was a problem with the electrical engagement, thus prohibiting the vehicle to start.
After 2 hours of labor which consisted of hooking up the vehicle to a diagnostic testing machine and 300 bucks later they say it is the keyless entry device on our key ring that is causing confusion with the electrical current in the starter. We removed the device as advised. Still continued to have problems with the vehicle starting.
Took the vehicle back to the dealership. They want 700 additional dollars to fix a problem that they should have fixed 2 months ago. I am not complaining about paying for the part. But the fact that we have returned the vehicle for the same damn reasona reason of which SC should have caught and fixed in the first place (with their fancy high tech diagnostic machines) is unacceptable. Repaying for labor!!! I find it hard to believe that while you had my vehicle on a diagnostic testing device and with the issues we were having that it or the service personnel at SC were unable to determine that the issue was in fact the starter. The least SC can do is offer some sort of discount on labor!
So, I phoned a different local dealer, gave them the same verbal issues as mentioned above and inquired to as what the problem could be. Immediately, they said it was highly likely the starter and mentioned freewheeling and an issue with a malfunctioning solenoid. Although, they couldnt be sure but the only way to truly determine what the issue is to being the vehicle in for evaluation. Then I questioned if diagnostic testing can catch this issue. The answer was a very frank yes.
After some personal research I find the information below
Freewheeling
Freewheeling occurs when your crank the engine and simply hear a whining noise from the starter without the engine cranking. When this occurs, it means the starter gear is not engaging with the flywheel. This is a bad situation that could result in the need for a starter replacement. If this is occurring, service your vehicle as soon as possible.
Malfunctioning solenoid
The solenoid transmits electrical current from the battery to the starter motor when you turn the key in your vehicles ignition and also pushes the starter drive into the flywheel to allow cranking. Without the solenoid, the starter will not work. If you turn the key to the crank position and nothing happens, try jiggling the transmission gear shift lever first. If the engine still will not crank, there might be something wrong with the solenoid.
Funny huh, this is exactly what I initially brought my vehicle in for in the first place, but what do I knowI am just a woman. Im only concerned with the vanity mirror and the number of cup holders.
Service Chevrolet has failed the most EPIC fail ever. Service Chevrolet gets no stars. The only reason you got one star is because it FORCED ME in order post.

The folks at Service are wonderful. I got to work with Guy (Sales) and Zach (Sales Mgr) for my vehicle. They were very good at getting me in the vehicle that was perfect for me, and at a great price. Working with me and accommodating my busy schedule was never a problem. I got some great training from Otis on how to use the technology aspects of my truck as well. A follow up visit was needed to load up some Android compatible software, and get a front end alignment. This was a great visit as John in service did a great job of tending to my service needs, and making sure I got a beautiful loaner truck. I visited Shelby in the Auto-Xtras Service department and she did a great job in advising me on the details for getting a drop in truck bed liner installed. All this was done in a single service visit, with my loaner at my disposal the whole time! Thank you ALL at Service Chevrolet! It really is a great SERVICE experience!

We purchased a Chevy 2500hd. Our salesman Nick Miller was very pleasant to work with. He was very prompt, helpful, courteous, informative, and was not pushy, but still saw to our wishes with a truck purchase. I was very please with him.
