Very poor customer service. While attempting to purchase a part from this business, a guy (wouldn't provide name,says he is the MF'n owner) proceeded to cuss me up and down repeatedly due to me wanting to make a purchase. He appeared to be very upset and irate that him and his guys worked a lot of hours the week prior. Other customers in the store at the time also began to get uncomfortable. This incident was very unprofessional and childish for a business of this natural. I will not use them for anything at all from this point on out as myself and one of my employees was disrespected non stop for attempting to make purchases. Mind you that all this happened after I spent almost 10 thousand dollars at this business 2 weeks prior.

the worst customer service

I agree with the first comment. They are extremely rude and Dana also hung up on me. I've been dealing with them for awhile and have witnessed on several occasions, them being rude to other customers. The guy with the beard has gone so far as to call a customer a dumb _ss. I don't know how they are still in business. They have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen.

Worst Possible Place

My advice to not go. Go to Severna Park Lawn and Garden for equipment service and any other services elsewhere. They treat their customers horrible and have a habit of hanging up on customers. Dana is especially rude as well as their other techs.

I have been dealing with S&S for about 10 years and can say nothing but good things about how they have treated me as a customer. I drop my vehicles off detailing specific items that need to be addressed and ask them to go over the rest of the car and fix any other problems. I can't imagine doing this with a dealer or someone else I didn't trust. If you are honest the world will beat a path to your door!

These people have been great, I highly recommend them. We bought a Snow Dog plow and a Salt Dog spreader. Installation was well done, in all probability we will purchase another Snow Dog plow from them.
