I believe the prior review is a mixup. E & S of Port Chester, is in no way affiliated with a business in New Jersey. My business with them was professional, and most definitely not a scam. I've known the owners for years (Their names are not Edward or Steven), and they're good people. Please: before addressing a company and accusing them of insurance fraud make sure you are directing it at the right people.

Beware! Edward Kim owner of this place is a scam. His brother, Steven Kim that operates Tenafly Auto Repair, Tenafly, NJ work together in auto repair insurance scam. They billed insurance companies for new auto repair parts when they utilized old parts, and billed the insurance companies to replace auto parts when they merely repaired the damaged auto parts. They damage cars brought to the repair facility so they could increase the amount of auto insurance repair claims and also low ball estimates and 1st supplements to fix cars rather than disclose full problems to insurance to have them declare car at total loss

Gets it done! I am very happy with the service. I spent days looking around for a good quote and wasted more time trying to have someone look at my car because they were all "busy". E & S were able to look at my car right away and gave me the best quote. Even better, the work was done quickly. Very happy with my car and highly recommend them.

Not finished with process yet, but want to post that the owner of this auto body shop is experienced, knowledgeable and matter-of-fact. He and his brother are helping me to deal with this proccess - insurance, accident, repairs, rental, insurance - it's a hairy process. And frustrating. Upsetting even. But the owner is honest, helpful and straightforward. If you can, open a conversation with him, get on his radar. He knows what he is doing. And, the shop's repairs have a reputation of being perfect. Thank God for this shop and owner - they are the only one's actually moving things forward.
