My wife's car was wrecked and these guys brought it back to life. I thought it would have been totaled but they knew what to do and did it well. Thanks guys.

NICE!
I thought I had totaled my G35 coupe, and those guys were so great with the body work. It looked even better than before the accident! My husband and I were truly amazed!\r
Thank you so much!

Needed road side assistant for a tow, this tow truck company never came. Every single time I called to check on my status of the call, they kept telling my insurance company as well as myself, that they will be there in 30 minutes. Every 30 minutes, I would call back, they told me "another 30 mins". I put in the call for a road side assistant at 4pm, at 9pm they STILL haven't showed up. They are supposedly located on Remsen Ave but my car was disabled on Atlantic Ave/Ralph Ave, they were ONLY "30 mintues" away, and never came. When I called them back the 3rd time, they told me "they are looking for a driver"; this is after the fact that I've been sitting for 3 hours. Plus they tried to squeeze more money out of me by saying "they have a mechanic on site" AFTER I told them I needed to be towed to my own mechanic as my destination. I felt that since I didn't go with "their mechanic", they CHOSED not to answer my service call. Worse tow company ever, they are unreliable. I would NEVER recommend to anybody.

I purchased a used car from QA in November 2014. The dealers were very patient, attentive, and helpful as we shopped around the lot for a car--it's a fairly small lot, but absolutely packed with used cars of all makes and types in various price ranges. (Though most are a bit higher-end.) The guys answered all our questions and erred on the side of honesty rather than sleazy car-dealer slickness--much appreciated. We got to sit in and turn on all the vehicles we wanted to see. (You have to schedule a test drive in advance.) I picked something out that very day, negotiated a bit for the price (and ended up getting a pretty good deal), and put down a deposit. A few days later, after my new used car was inspected and given its temporary registration and plates, I came by to pick it up. The pickup process took quite a while: lots of waiting for them to put the paperwork together et cetera, and we were often interrupted by phone calls. (It's a busy place, which I suppose is a good sign.) I had to wait quite a long time indeed to get my own plates and registration, even after we called QA and they told us they'd received said from the DMV (several weeks), but eventually everything came through. I've had my 2000 Toyota Camry for a little over three months now--my warranty period, which they said they are not required to provide for used cars but do anyway, is over--and overall I am quite satisfied. The car is in 99% working order, runs well, heating/cooling system is excellent, nice clean interior, not too many miles on it considering the age, great gas milage, good buy for the price. Only thing is that the CD player doesn't work--would have appreciated knowing that before buying. IMHO, honesty goes a long way for a business. (I still would have bought the car at the negotiated price, and QA would've scored its first five-star review on Yelp!) But overall the dealers were helpful, patient, generally good human beings--a rarity not only among used car dealers but, sometimes, people in general. Highly satisfied.
