I have used Shackelford's Garage for over 30 years. My cars have lasted well over a decade and were running strong when I sold them. For the last 20 years, I have driven from Washington, DC to Fredericksburg, VA to get my car services at Shackelford's. Mr. and Mrs. Shackelford have always been most helpful and accomodating. And, the entire staff has also been a model of professionalism and mechanical expertise. I cannot recommned Shackelford's Garage highly enough. I only wish every merchant was as conscientious, honest and fair.

I have been taking my cars to Jerry's for the past fifteen years. He is knowledgable, experienced, and has reasonable pricing for all of his services. They care about what they're doing, careful, and always use OEM parts. If you have anything from an old Volvo to a new Bimmer or Mercedes, I would definitely take your car here. Sometimes he gets real busy, but his garage is the best-kept secret for European car repair in Fredericksburg!

Top notch Mercedes Repair Shop. I agree with Webb Moncure's review-I own two older Mercedes and they know what to look for and that saves time and money. Jerry and his staff are indeed friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy which are what most people value in a repair shop service but are rare.
