Though my full-front end repair took a long time due to my car being as high maintenance as I am, I just picked up my vehicle from Carl's and I am almost in tears at how great it looks. Driving it has been even nicer, and I think it drives better than when I brought it to them. Thank you for great work, and thanks to Josh for helping make sure the repairs were done right.

Our van needed the doors fixed and the guys at Carl's HOOKED! US! UP!!! The work was done in less than 24 hrs, on budget, they washed the exterior and detailed the interior (a massive undertaking )!!! The side run board that I use to step up into my bus had also fallen off and was attached with duct tape. They removed all the tape and reattached the piece- as a complimentary service. I am so impressed by the quality of their work and even more so, their excellent customer service. Thank you, Josh, and the rest of the awesome staff at Carl's Body Shop in Dayton.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Carl's at a very fair price and pleased with both. Have also had a truck and a car that were hit with the other person at fault. Excellent repair jobs on both. Carl's contacted the other party's insured on my behalf so I had no worries. Repairs done in the time frame. Will buy from them when I need another used vehicle, and if I need repairs, it's one stop does it all. Carl's Body Shop is the place for me.

AWESOME BABY!! (Apologies to Dick Vitale). Pictures tell the story, as far as I'm concerned. Matt, Joe, Josh & Ed Keller really showed how Bodywork SHOULD be done, all the way down to the final wipe down. The Delivery Presentation was very emotional for me. These Guys, including the Office staff really took an I interest in my vehicle, my limited time for this repair, and what I expected, as far as the "Finished Product". I normally have great service with this company. But today I got a flat while driving on I-75 south. I called and spoke to the receptionist and was told it would be a 45 min wait. During this wait I saw one tow truck from this company. It parked about 1000 feet behind me. I thought it was going to drive up behind me as I am stuck on the shoulder. It got back into traffic and passed me by. I saw they had a transfer truck hitched to there row bed. Ok. Cool. Someone should be here soon. Right? No. I am still sitting here, 40 mins past when they claimed they would be here. Just spoke with them and they said they couldnt find me. I gave direct directions, including landmarks. My blinkers are on. And from what I can tell I am the only stranded vehicle for miles. They claimed they are alreasy vack at the office and it will be another 15 mins at least.************** Update, tow guy comes and changes my tire. Seemed very abrupt with me, but hey its hot. I'm trying to be cordial and understanding to the heat and circumstances. Still frustrated. I told my four year old to keep her seat belt on. Guy was like, she can't be moving around. I said yes I know. Thats why I told her to buckle back up. But what does he expect. Shes been sitting for over 1 1/2 hours. Any way. Very frustrated with the whole process.

At October last year my engine broke down due to lack of oil (my bad). A friend recommended me to go see Carl's Body shop, they recommended me to buy a new engine but the price of it was like 60% of my car value, so I told them to look for a good used one for me. After 2 days wait they called me and said they have found me a two years old engine that fits my car (half price!), I went back, got the engine and left happy back home. They did a great job and I've learned my lesson.

My family has taken their car here for years. In the past few years though their work is slowly going down hill. The past few cars I have brought here I have had to bring back multiple times because they did not fix things right. They are very difficult to deal with and make you feel that you are crazy and that there is nothing wrong with the car. I would go elsewhere they do better quality work.
