Love it because its been 2 yrs that I've been talking both of my cars to Nonstop.I feel confedence and trust and honestly ect....I just have to say that he is the best wouldn't go no where else.

I'm not going to get into the story on how my rear driver side door won't open, but I was not happy Thursday night when it occurred. First thing I thought...ugh how much was this going to cost & where do I go. Since I was coming up to Gonzales I contacted Jos @Non-Stop. He said for me to come by Saturday morning. Being my birthday, I was not planning to spend it in an auto shop nor having to pay big bucks. Neither was the case. I was in & out in no time and the price was more than reasonable. I'm sure to bring my car back for any of my other car issues! THANK YOU JOSE!

My truck broke down pulling a trailer while traveling on business. Just by luck, my tow driver recommended Non Stop Auto. Unfortunately, I broke down during Memorial Day Weekend, but fortunately Jose was exceptionally accommodating and worked after hours and then again on Memorial Day itself, cancelling a trip out of town with his wife. Not only did he do a get me back on the road that Monday, but his charges for a very complicated repair were very reasonable. In addition, his wife gave me a ride to Monterey where I was conducting my business, saving me a very expensive taxi ride. My biggest disappointment now is that Non Stop Auto is not located in my own home town (five hours away), otherwise it would be my go-to shop.

Bad experience this shop completely ripped me off on a lot of drifrent areas! Charged for nine quarts of oil when my car need 5 charged AC freeon recharge when my car was full! Don't ever go I won't ever go again!

I drove down to see my parents, very long drive and since I didn't do an oil change before leaving I wanted to get my car checked out, coming from a big city I notice not a lot of locations were opened during the weekend luckily I found Non Stop and it was nothing but Great Service from beginning to end! Jose is awesome! especially being a girl that doesn't much about cars, he was very nice and help out with what was needed. Jose did an oil change and added new brakes. As a girl I have no idea about cars and I think Jose did a good job about giving me some good advice on my car. I would highly recommend him , he is very trust worthy and If I lived closer he would be doing my car service every time, I guess I have to visit my parents more often.

There are not many shops who not only care but sympathize with their customers. Jose and his staff are professional and the prices are beyond resonable. I will never take my car anywhere else. He is an exceptional mechanic aswell as an understanding human being.. Thank you....and if i could i would give him 10 stars.....#D

Broke my cooling fan then would only supply labor and I had to supply fan motor
Then he didn't even attach power to new motor which could have resulted in a blown overheated engine

Had a VW Golf transmission service on a weekend. They open early! The crew who works there is nice. 5 stars for you bruh!
They have a wifi for guest in waiting area. Very recommended. Awesome service! Thanks and I'll see you guys again soon.

I had Jose and Alonso work on my 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible...my daughter will be driving this car and they did a fantastic job, very thorough and treated this car as if their own daughter would be driving it. I live in SoCal but was up visiting. I had an emergency situation with my door unable to open on my 2011 Kia Sorento. Jos met me early on Saturday morning (it was my birthday and I was hoping not to be there all morning). He had me out in 10 minutes or less and at an impressive cost! I'm seriously contemplating doing maintenance and anything that can wait with Non Stop instead of a shop in SoCal! Thank you Jos!
