The best auto repair experienc...

The best auto repair experience of my life!! Not only do they work fast, they are very courteous and provide excellent customer service. I really felt like they wanted my business, and they did not try to take advantage of me just because I am a woman. My car had been sitting in the yard for more than a year, and I took it in for a transmission. I was told by several mechanics, including the dealership, that my tranny could not be rebuilt and I had to buy a new one. Jim looked at my car, and not only did he give me a fair estimate, the car was ready in six days!!

Nothing compares to the service I got at this shop because the knowledge and experience that this shop offers you if you have doubts go visit them and they will make it clear for you that it's the best shop in the area.

i brought my own breaks from auto zone and the guy said he doesnt warranty my breaks. But being that they were brand NEW, i figuered there would be no problem. The first day i noticed the breaks put deep ridges in my rotors, when i went back up ther he said u should have bought breaks from me, i dont warrany those. so i changed my mechanic over to the hobbie shop in oakland who did a great job replacing my rotors and my breaks. Shame on you oakland transmission for taking advanvage and ripping off your customers!!!!
