Sometimes as a female it's hard to get good honest work done on your vehicle but today I went to south valley auto and had fantastic customer service and they did great work they talked me through everything being done and treated me with respect and gave me a great value for what I needed done that means so much to me I will definitely be going there whenever I need a good mechanic thank you guys!

Found out about South Valley through my friends Aaron and his brother Andrew when searching for reasonably priced routine brake service and for a strut after being told I need both of them replaced by 2 of the biggest names in Eugene. Mike at South Valley not only informed me that I would be able to get all 4 brakes and rotors done for half the price of anyone else in the Eugene area after calling half a dozen locations but also that my struts did NOT need replacing. It was simply a plate that was causing the crunching noise when I went around sharp turns saving me $500-$900 I was quoted from competitors in the process! I have since gone back for any and all repairs. They will tell you how it is here, very honest group of people. Get your auto work done here with CONFIDENCE!

The owners of South Valley Automotive & Customs are honest hard working guys. They do a great job at auto repair, and have reasonable prices. I would trust them with any car or truck problem.
I really like that they offer to come get your car for free and will return it to you for free as well. That is good customer service and very helpful when you need your car worked on.
I recommend them for brakes, transmissions, clutches, and any engine work. They are a Napa Auto Care Center as well as ASE certified. Auto repair for Eugene and Springfield.

I love these guys. These guys make me feel like I'm just as important as the business that I am bringing them. I initially was recommended by a classmate who told me that of all the shops, these guys did NOT charge her a diagnostics fee. As a student, it's hard to fork over good money to not only get your car fixed but then also to have a general diagnostics run on your car.
My first visit to these guys I needed a sensor replaced in my car. Mike gave me an initial quote based on a diagnostic test and inspection. I went home and did some research on my car and this sensor problem. I found that the sensor in my make and model was recalled, and that the labor and part costs were much lower than what he had quoted. I called in and passed along this information expecting to get shot down, criticized or just told to move along. Mike not only accepted the new information I gave him, but he also honored the pricing as an exception. His mantra as an automotive repair shop is that people shouldn't get yanked around. The whole reason he and his partners opened up the shop was so that they could treat their customers fairly and honestly.
The second time I visited was to have my brakes fixed. I live quite far from their shop and Mike didn't even hesitate to offer me a ride back home from the shop. He also arranged for a pick up and drive back to the shop upon the completion of my brakes.
Theses guys are truly hardworking, and honest guys and I appreciate the hell out of them, and is the one reason that I will drive all the way from South Eugene to deep Springfield to have my car worked on. Great job, guys!
