Took my car in for an oil change. They told me it had an oil pan leak, which it did not. The next place I parked had a huge oil puddle on the ground. They also did something to my power steering pump which caused a very, very slow leak to leak extremely fast. And they didn't replace my wheel well cover. It is now missing.

This mechanic group went above and beyond whats expected of them. They took jn my car and yes had a littke trouble narrowing down exactly what could be the cause because there were 6 different problems with the same engine code my camaro popped. After trying the first fix whoch i provided the part they informed me the next issue that it more than likely the problem. They told me if i bring the part they will install the part for free. It worked and now the car os up and runming.

Brought my car into Auto Tech Squad and I met Alex, who assured me that his team was really good and would find the problem. I had two other mechanics look at my car and they couldn't find the problem. Auto Tech Squad found the problem fixed it in a couple of days and was very reasonable. Alex, Muhammed and the rest of the AutoTech Squad treated me well. They offered to cover my towing fee ($80) on a HOT Vegas Saturday afternoon after my Lexus decided to vomit coolant all over the MGM parking garage. I was impressed that they were one of the few shops willing to take care of me so late in the day on a weekend. They fixed the issue; fixed a couple of minor things also and gave me a package deal for everything. When I drove off, the car was still leaking a little coolant so they told me to bring it back and they spent 15 minutes going over the car to make sure it was 100%. (It turns out what I was seeing was some overflow from the reservoir tank; nothing to worry about after swapping out the water pump). They said if I had any doubts I can bring it back any time and they will put it on the lift free of charge. In fact, I'm taking it back tomorrow for a "post-surgery" check up. Alex is very personable and will work with you and Muhammed (head mechanic) is very knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to take your car here.

Brought my 99' Dodge Ram for an oil change and replace fuel filter. They said it was going to take an hr. Two hours into it I asked what was taking so long and they said they were in the process of the fuel filter (I knew this already because I can see through the window). I asked if they were having trouble priming the new fuel filter and they said "no" that has already been done. They lied to me because I watched them spray diesel all over my engine because they weren't able to figure out the primer. Needless to say, I won't bring my truck back. It's one thing to take longer than expected, it's another to be lied to. Btw, oil change and fuel filter took nearly 3hrs.
