Long story short, Alex didn't really carefully check my car. He told me the reason why the car couldn't be started was the battery. But the battery turned out to be super fine and it was because of the connection was loose. Neither he didn't find the leak problem. When I demanded a refund of $20, Alex found whatever excuses to blame me. Put aside the battery issue, Firestone charges me $21 for oil change and leak fix every time, but ABA charged me $38.99. Oh, Alex smokes at work. It makes me uncomfortable.

The guy did me a favor and fixed the rubber lining along my driver window that would've cost 100s of dollars from a dealership. However, he was very unfriendly the whole time...charged me 25 bucks for 5 mins of work and told me (in exact words): "give me 25$ and leave".

Alex and Jon know their job, are respectful to customers and quote very reasonable prices. They were recommended to me by a friend and so far, I've had no cause for regret. Changed the timing belt of a previous car and also did some front end work on the current one. Timely quality service all the way.
