I took my car there and had over $3000 dollars worth of w or done. I wanted new belts, hoses ect. Brakes needed fix. After loud screeching, problems they said bring it back...then they said brakes are supposed to sound like that. Still bad brakes. Now A/c problems...just had to use a/c doesn't work. Car doesn't even sound the same after repair and my fan NEVER SHUTS OFF. NIGHTMARE!! MORE PROBLEMS NOW AFTER SMART AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRED MY CAR THEN BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE!! tried to take it back to have them fix but they say nothings wrong. Got the money now they are done!!! Beware!!

I highly recommend Smart Automotive for any auto service/maintenance needs. I had a Jeep Wrangler that had eclipsed 110k miles and needed a lot of routine maintenance. The pricing and service at Smart Automotive were superb! The Jeep dealership, in many instances, was asking around 3 times as much for the same service. Smart is now servicing my Acura TL and I could not be happier with the customer service, pricing, and family-owned hospitality.

I love Smart Auto. They have been working on my 2000 Saturn since Saturn went out of business, and I've never had a problem. They always find the least expensive parts, and keep my car running beautifully. As a woman, it takes a while for me to trust an auto shop, and when I find one whom I can trust I stick with them.

This is where I take my truck for all of its oil change and truck happiness needs. They are family owned and operated and I never feel like I am going to get ripped off or mislead. They have a welcome board where they put your name if they know you are coming in and even offer you a ride wherever you need to be if you have to leave your vehicle behind. I don't know anything about cars but I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of at Smart.

recently I brought in my corvette for a head light motor repair smart auto was efficient very reasonable and did it right the first time I am very happy and will go back for other repairs if needed it is hard to find some one who can work on corvettes and they got it right, Larry
