I took my Chevy s10 for Air Conditioning repair to Action Auto and it cost me $2800.00 in 2015, and was told by Mid Town Auto that it should have cost about $700.00, The very next spring 2016 the air conditioner wasn't working again and was told by Action Auto that it had a leak and it would cost another $850.00. they said it was in a different area. My thought are if you had done a leak compression check perhaps you would have seen it the first time. needless to say my business has gone somewhere else... If you want it done right and cheaper take it somewhere else.

I've taken my truck into their shop a couple times and all the guys there are always straight forward about what needs to be done and are really good on estimated prices. No guessing games on their part unless they find more issues(which happens with anyone when you work on vehicles). Would recommend to everyone to take your vehicle there. Thank you!

last week went to get my brakes to stop squeaking they're still squeaking and me and my wife had to leave our truck there so we have to walk home they wanted to keep it for a couple hours we went there in the beginning to get the squeaky brakes to stop now we have to pay more money for what it was brought in to the place for the first place

My boyfriend and I had car trouble just outside of Kingman. I frantically tried to find a place to look at our car and help us get back on the road. Many other places turned us down saying they were busy. When I called Aaction and told them our story, they made a way to squeeze us into their heavy schedule. Justin was the main person who helped us. He was very professional, polite, and helpful. Even with the tow truck taking much longer than expected, they still held to their word saying they wold still take a look at the car. They us back on the road very quickly. I was so happy to have such great service under such terrible circumstances. I would definately recommend them!

We left North Carolina to move back to the West Coast and needed some repair work done on our car. We ended up at Aaction not knowing where to go and were pleasantly surprised at the GREAT service and honesty of their business. Even though they had a problem getting the right part, they kept us informed. We have since decided on relocating to Las Vegas, NV, but have decided that when we need auto repair, we will make the drive to Kingman, AZ to have AAction do the repair. Thank you Louie and everyone at AAction for handling your business in such an honest and professional way. Wish we could get our car there now, we have a fuel line leak. Can't afford the price we were quoted. Car passed smog, but, we can't drive it. Actually, kind of funny when you think about it!

Terrible work and price for wat was done with my car. It took a week to order little clips for my car to put the front bumper on which I had asked them not to do but they did anyways because the bumper had to be replaced anyways completly. So, that was a total waste of money. I own a dodge caliber. Its not some import that you cant find parts for. Anyways, I get it out of this joke of a shop and a week later there are 2 different things hanging underneath my car. The mechanic had used packing take to tape up the rubber protective cover over the gas line. Which would hold it until it got wet. Well, wat just happened it rained and thats when it fell off. Not only that, there also is something else hanging down that I have no idea what it is and its missing a bolt clip so now i have to take it back in just for that. Maybe i should also check my lug nuts to make sure that they are fastened tightly as well. I dont think that the shop even deserves one star at all. Very disappointed.

Had to have the AC cover replaced on the fire wall. they had to pull the entire engine/tranny tray to do it. Mechanic even wrapped the unit in foil tape to make it last longer. What a great job. Had a coolant leak related to the repair 6 weeks later and they took care of it. 1/3 less $ than the dealer who really didn't want to do it. As an mechanic I went over the end results with a fine tooth comb and couldn't find any mistakes. Best place in town to get any repair done.

My Wife and I just want to thank you for the fast repair of our Ford Van. Everyone was friendly and got the job done fast about 45 minutes. I would always refer Action Automotive Center to anyone that needs their Auto Repaired. Thanks for everything

This company is a rip off I took my car to them to get a wiring harness when I got my car back my check engine light was on and it was running very ruff when I took it to them it didn't have and lights on and it still ran just had an overheating issue they claim that it wasn't there fault and all there work was fine but the check engine light wasn't on when I gave it to them and it still ran so that's just a big coincidence I guess that the check engine light comes on after a mechanic works on it don't go here it's a rip off

I picked up my car yesterday. Louie had done estimates on fixing my oil leaks. He handed me three estimates, went over each, and then handed me a 4th saying "I will do all these for this" which was a total of $633 to fix all the oil leaks. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the valve cover gaskets were not listed on the invoice. Louie repeated exactly what he had said when he gave me the estimates-"I said that I would do all these for this" were his exact words. When I told him that he did not do all, only part, he said that he did not mean all-he only did mean two of the estimates. I told him that he was failing to honor his word. He said that I mis-understood him. There is a difference between all when there are three items and both. I have recommended them to many because they were a good "Christian outfit". Further, they are not honoring their warranty saying that the oil pan was cracked and had been welded-it looks like it could have been a casting defect. Having bought the car new, Louie says that it must have been done at the manufacturer or the dealer. For that to have been the case, there would have had to have been more vehicle damage, which there was no surrounding damage at all. There was no evidence of a welding bead. Further, in their disclaimer, they found another oil leak, noted it, but did not fix it. A waste of $633 out of my very limited social security income. A woman taking in her car, lets see what we can get away with seemed to be his attitude-he even went so far as to insult me be telling me that valve covers were on the top of the engine and they were working on the other end of the engine. Yes-and that was one of the 3 estimates for repair of the oil leaks. I see from another post on 8/8/2016 that they have changed their standards. Shame on you!!!!!!

Excellent, timely, and well-priced diagnostics and repair. When was the last time a mechanic spoke TO you, not AT you? Not only did Louis explain the issue with my car in normal terms without being condescending, he had the repair done when he said he would, and at the price he estimated. There were no "add ons" or surprises. I took a chance based on another review, and I am really happy with the result. Two thumbs up, HIGHLY recommend this friendly, efficient shop. There were also a lot of return customers coming & going while I was there, with questions or regular maintenance. Another good sign of their reliability.
